Each piece is made to order, which means your order is created just for you once it’s placed. Because of this, shipping takes a little longer—but it’s part of what makes each piece intentional.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they ship.
During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

U.S. Orders: 7–21 business days
International Orders: 10–30 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or demand.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays. However, if your package appears lost, reach out and we’ll do everything we can to help.
